Castle Creators LLC is a company in the business of
buying homes in need of repair. We will be buying either homes
from brokers or individuals. We will only be buying homes that are
structurally sound and will be completely remodeling the homes and
placing them back on the market.
- We will also show and sell our homes in the pre-renovation
stages so that homeowners can have choice as to what
features and amenities they would like in their new home. By
selling pre-renovation it will be as though you are building a
custom home for your family at a fraction of the cost and
headache of new "ground up" construction.
- All our homes will be sold "turn key", meaning that they will be
completely ready to move into, no worrying about repairs or
timely and costly maintenance issues, just simply move in and
enjoy your new home!
